High-level management training
IECS' mission is to train high-calibre managers to drive projects and provide fresh vision to shape the world that awaits us tomorrow. IECS is committed to providing each of its graduates with the specialist and cross-functional knowledge and expertise needed to develop businesses throughout the world. Our school holds a unique status both as part of Robert Schuman University which has traditionally recognized degree programs, including a PhD program, and as an institution which awards the Master "Grande École", as well as certificate and vocational training degrees. Students can choose between full, part-time or weekend programs.
IECS and companies : strong relationships
The primary goal of IECS - the Strasbourg Graduate School of Management is to train future managers. However, this cannot be achieved without the close cooperation of businesses and companies. The IECS curriculum is designed to include companies at each step, starting from the selection of applicants through to the moment when the young graduates begin their professional life.
Corporate involvement comes in the form of internship and job offers and each student is offered 4.5 internships and 3.5 jobs on average during his or her program. 113 regional and international companies and organizations are IECS partners and are represented by the Strasbourg and Bas-Rhin Chamber of Commerce and Industry and by the IECS Foundation. The companies play an active role in strategic decision-taking (course brochure, academic regulations, student enrolment, etc.) Over 200 managers are involved every year in drawing up the school project, teaching and sitting on examining committees.
